Responsibilities:

• Working Monday - Friday
• Design and own AI-driven development workflows using Cursor and Claude Code, including agents, commands, hooks, prompts, and reusable skills
• Build and maintain scalable AI coding systems where a single architectural decision influences the productivity of 50+ developers
• Partner closely with the CTO and CEO to convert product and engineering vision into structured, repeatable AI workflows
• Define internal AI coding standards, documentation, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across teams
• Architect JavaScript-focused systems (React, Next.js, Node.js, NestJS, TypeScript) that AI agents can safely understand, generate, and extend
• Continuously optimize developer experience by identifying workflow bottlenecks and introducing AI-powered automation
• Establish guardrails to ensure AI-generated code remains maintainable, secure, and aligned with system architecture
• Evaluate and evolve AI tooling, models, and interaction patterns to maximize engineering velocity and code quality
